I am a Shipt shopper.
We do not receive a good base rate and are highly dependent upon tips. We also use our own car and gas to haul your delivery. We get $7-$10 on average for a $175 grocery shop that takes at least an hour to shop if all goes right. 15-20% for good service is expected. 10% is stingy unless service was so-so.
