I think it depends on the kid - I have three and the all have loved it for years. Still going even though middle/high school age. It's definitely not for everyone but I think it's awesome. Your kid better like to get dirty and be stuck in some crazy and physically challenging situations. It sounds like being Huck Finn on the river to me

Funny how they just posted on Facebook that they haven't sent out any emails tonight because they are still working on a solution.

Well, I have received a few emails from them today based on questions I sent them after having trouble getting the credit card to process.

Thank you! When I hadn't gotten the email about recreating my shopping cart, I called them. They sent me the link and now I'm all registered. A relief -- it's the high point of my kid's year.

I have also registered my kids. Some of the camps are already full at Calleva. Non-returners don't get to register til the 31st by which time the supply will be very reduced.

It was a mess and I feel for the new families who were interested in now-full sessions, but I have to say that Calleva handled the problems as professionally as they could under the circumstances. I appreciated that they were responsive and helped me through the process of resuming my registration by recreating my shopping cart. I was able to get both my kids what they were hoping for. It still sucks that it happens, but their customer service was on point, especially given the volume of people yelling at them at once.

I agree. And programs would have filled up before new family registration even without the crash. That happens every year.

The issue is that this has happened before.

While it’s great that their customer service is on point after the fact . it’s frustrating they can not get this right knowing they have this issue.

Repeating the same thing over and over again with the same outcome, well does not enlist trust.
