+1 Yes, it is orders of magnitude more expensive than any house that has sold in Kentlands or anywhere nearby in recent memory. |

I don’t know if there’s a market for it at that price but I can believe they spent close to that all in.
Honestly, who cares? It’s not a spec house and they’ll get what they get when it shakes out. There’s no need to be offended or insulting. |

Like I’d feel fancier saying I live “in the Kentlands” as opposed to “in Kentlands”. Like “the Hamptons”. Not just “Hamptons”. |

I agree about "the." I personally have houses in the Beverly Hills, the South Beach, and the Tribeca. |

Kentlands does not pretend to NOT be in Gaithersburg. The Kentlands is a neighborhood in Gaithersburg and everyone who lives there doesn't care and will not dispute that. |
