An architect was involved in this eyesore?

Three things I definitely want in a 2+ million dollar home:
1. Hideous wood kitchen cabinets that match the bathroom
2. A profoundly ugly street view (seriously what is going on with the over garage build and tiny entrance)
3. Being able to enjoy the view of garages/townhouses 5 feet from my back deck.

NOT!!

What is happening these days?

Someone bought it already! Nice work OP. I think the bonus maid’s kitchen was the big selling point.

I don't love the house, but the layout does work with the limitations of the sloped lot.

It's Pimmit hills so probably appeals to an Indian and their 20 relatives hence the extra spirit kitchen

Maybe not the second kitchen has terrible ventilation

The spirit kitchen is so depressing. It’s like a closet. Are spirit kitchens always like that?

Not sure about the specific claim above, but sometimes flippers do have a particular target market or target demographic in mind for their new houses.

It looks like a single family house with a townhouse attached to it

That’s like the least of what’s wrong with that vinyl s***box.
