Huge new build for 2.2M and the builder put the oven next to the refrigerator. Such poor planning.

| Does it really matter with contemporary refrigerators? Aren't they insulated well enough that this won't affect much? |
| I was ready to say this is no big deal but they are really close. |
| Yes, Out of balance and harmony. |
| There isn't any other place to put a wall oven that would look better. And that kitchen is about looks. |
|
Where is the sink? When we were designing our kitchen I looked into various recommendations and one was to have the triangle of the stove, fridge and sink to be no more than 24’ total. In those huge kitchen, the triangle is usually way larger than that. A cook would be getting their steps every day.
Also, I hate having a cooktop next to a fridge or wall ovens because I like some countertop on either side. |
| I hate the stairs. |
| All of those pictures look AI. Even the unfurnished ones. The kitchen island looks fake. Is this house even built/ completed yet? |
| Why is there a second kitchen off the main kitchen? Is that for "the help"? |
| It's Pimmit hills |
There’s no other place to put a wall oven because they forgot the kitchen wall.
Seriously, a ground floor that huge and no rooms - awful. And there’s not even a coat closet at the front door. Here, let me take your coats, and I’ll walk 50 feet and drape them over the… sofa? |

That is a terrible design for the kitchen.
I would think at least dual islands with that much open space. Could have installed appliances in thise |

Odd house design, not just the kitchen...
|
| Clicked on the link and my immediate thought was, that house is hideous, without even getting to the kitchen. The architect should be ashamed of themselves! |
| Ok, just looked at the kitchen. Those look like AI or digital renderings, not the actual kitchen. And you're right, those ovens are way too close to the fridge. Why is there a second kitchen? I don't understand what's going on with this house. . . |
