| Simple. Cook extra for dinner and pack it for lunch. |
| Tin of sardines, nuts, apple, and maybe some kind of roasted veggie. |
| Cheese, crackers, and an apple |
| Leftovers |

Leftovers from dinner. (Have microwave at work)
Fruit Nuts/trail mix that I mix Water If no leftovers, I might make a sandwich but for dinners, I usually double recipes so there are leftovers for lunches. |
|
Mainly leftovers, but I meal prep with the need to have them for lunches in mind.
Today I brought the Skinnytaste skillet lasagna to work, which I made for dinner on Sunday night. Will be bringing it tomorrow as well. I make chili often, and that is always a bring-for-lunch-too meal. |
"cold-cuts"? I haven't heard anyone say this since 1975. And I was an infant. And they were old. |
| I make a version of a bowl I had from sweetgreen and enjoyed: flank steak, rice, sweet potato, broccoli, pickled red onion. I put spinach on top after heating it up and put on some pesto or green goddess dressing. |
| I pack leftovers, but also keep a few frozen meals in the work freezer to keep me from buying lunch when I do not have the energy to pack. Souper girl soups also work. Not cheap, but healthier and less expensive than eating out (for me it’s healthier because I too easily over eat with take out ) |
| I've been making a soup on Sundays and that gets me through work lunches. |
Well, it's still in the name of a Subway sub, the "coldcut combo". Shrug. |
You remember things from when you were an infant? So cool! You must be in Ripley's Believe It or Not! |

I suspect this is a regional variation. What do you call it? Deli meat? I don’t really eat the stuff but I admit if someone says sliced turkey it’s hard to know what they mean unless they say deli meat or cold cuts. |
