These pieces are kind of unusual, but I saw them in a boutique a few weeks ago and I’ve been obsessed:

The smaller earrings are on my wish list!

Ohhh I see this brand a lot and didn’t realize it was high end! Very pretty and clearly an IYKYK

It is.

But from a distance a lot of it looks like you might have bought it at JJill or Ann Taylor Loft.

Exactly! Was not in the know, and would have assumed just costume jewelry from above, < $50. Not sure I'd spend the money....

+1
Definitely looks like cheap costume jewelry.

I’ve been trying to find a good place to buy a solid gold (14 or 18k) ring for my daughter but I’m not sure what sites to trust. Ideally, we’d like to shop in person but it seems most are online businesses. Any suggestions? TIA.

I got divorced and other than an extremely modest engagement ring that I had to beg for from my ex, I never had nice jewelry. I am wealthy enough now (but practical) and trying to choose a few nice pieces that go together well and can be worn anywhere.

This should have been your big clue that he'd be an "ex" sooner or later...

The same can be said of most “high-end” brands.

I'd love a Fred Force 10 ring but they're pretty expensive and not in the budget. I looked at them when I was in Europe earlier this year.

Question for divorced pp who is now buying her own jewelry-what pieces are you considering? I would like to buy a few timeless pieces but don’t know what.
