Wow ungrateful OP.
Being told to work thru your own insurance company for claims is HELPFUL what are you paying them for. Or are you uninsured? It does not raise your rates. I worked thru State Form for a t-bone accident not my fault and car took weeks to fix. Kept my safe driver discount!

I stopped at the light and no police were came out because it wasn't deemed an emergency from when I called. But my car definitely is not drivable and at that moment I did not know it. I took a bunch of pictures.

If your car was not driveable and required a tow Police should have come out. Did you tell them that when you called?

No empathy needed for liars.

I went to the hospital the first day. Anyway why do you care? People like you caused my cousin to be paraplegic and caused my nephew to pass away at age 21. No empathy.

Why did you need to go the Emergency Room for an accident so minor that the police didn't bother coming, no ambulance came to the scene, and you drove your car away?

No one is being un empathetic. We are all just trying to help you and let you know that in this situation, it is not litigious. Insurance companies will definitely reimburse you for any damage to your car and any medical bills. You do not need to involve a lawyer for that. In fact, you will lose money if you get a lawyer because you will then need to pay that lawyer‘s fees which equal 33% of whatever settlement is reached. If you do not feel comfortable working with the other person‘s insurance company then you can just get yours to work on your behalf. As others have mentioned, this will not hurt your own rates unless they determine that you are somehow at fault.

You sound like you're an angry person who wants to take it out on others.

OP is what's wrong with society. Always over exaggerating things in order to sue.

I DID leave a collision like this in an ambulance and my car was totaled out and I still didn’t hire a lawyer. Why?

If you were injured you should have called 911 for an eval. I am afraid that since you did not, you are likely SOL.

Eh OP will find an ambulance chaser and then play up her "injuries" so she can get the most amount of money. She's scum, it's pretty easy to tell.

Hire Siben and Siben the most feared and nasty ambulance chasing attoneys in the world.

The TV show LA Law is based off them. They were on 60 minutes calling them their real nickname LI Law as based on Long Island.

I had a car accident and they came to my house. They planned to sue the driver of car, owner of car, car manufacturer, cop who showed up at scene, ambulance driver, doctor who saw me and nurses. They sue everyone. They are 91 years into suing business. I did not hire them but my friend did as they are relentless.
