Like they are claiming to be working hours on days when they used my credit card for personal expenses in a different state. It's very crazy and yes, I do need a lawyer.

Proving work hours is easy now a days.
She lives in a different suburb? Why was her cell phone dinging from your house 12 hours a day? (No one is going to believe she was visiting you just for fun and not working, so you're f*****. By law, you will pay HER attorney fees.) |

| Theft would necessitate a police report. As would abuse of any kind. Seems rather obvious. |
