Treatments for cancer have been successful, so I'm otherwise healthy. I just ache. It affects my sleep. I've tried acupuncture, magnesium, and prescribed drugs. Nothing works well. Open to any suggestions.

Interesting, which collagen supplements are you using?

This is the answer. Give it an eight week trial.

I do an hour of weights twice per week. I also do assisted dynamic stretching once weekly and yoga 1-2 times/week. I get a massage every 3-4 weeks. I also saw a physical therapist for a while to figure out some mobility exercises. This is WAY more exercise than I ever used to do, but I'm now mostly pain free.

Dropping sugar is a good idea but it has nothing to do with joint pain and aches. Wheat should be eliminated if someone can’t tolerate it.

+1. If I don't routinely take supplements, my vitamin D level craters and I get pretty bad joint pain. Goes away when I get my D level back up.

Merely one link. I noticed it personally, but I figured I'd see what I could find quickly online.
