Do men find women who can play a musical instrument well attractive?

Anonymous
Sure, if they also give good bjs.

Why on earth would you want to focus on attracting a man if you knew how to play an instrument and make music? Men are boring, and the sort of "man" who needs to be lured in/attracted is basic af.

Music is a far better lover than most men.

You think from Dolly Parton to Beyonce Knowles, any celebrity singer would've been more popular with a viola instead of their corsets and leotards?

Absolutely. Men who can play the guitar are rare. I am learning to play the guitar at 46 with zero experience and it feels like an impossible task..however it is helping with my depression.

Wow...you don't think women have accomplished anything.

You are a terrible person.

OP asked what we find sexually attractive. You got an honest answer. Too bad you don’t like it.

How would you feel if some guy scolded you for not being attracted to some hobby he has that you don’t find attractive (video games, whatever)? I bet you’d say “so sorry, I’m a terrible person, I promise to be attracted to that from now on.” Right?

No, you are a terrible persin because you don't consider it an accomplishment. You don't have to find it 'attractive' but to dismiss the talent and skill is what makes you awful.

If someone is good at something you can acknowlege the time it took to learn and master a skill

But I don't think you will understand

I know a woman who isn't especially attractive but plays a really weird nerdy instrument. She does meet guys that way.

DH here: speaking for myself, yes. This doesn’t, for me, fall into the “accomplishments” bucket that men don’t care about. There’s often an understated sensuality to it that can be like catnip, it does to some extent depend on the instrument though. Cello and harp are the sexiest musical instruments in my opinion.

DH above needs to work on reducing double negatives in his writing. That was confusing.

Guys who like music think it's cool that I can sing and play the piano. Guys who aren't into music don't care.

I have a lot of musician friends and the female musicians are all partnered up. All of them. So clearly it's considered a good thing.

Flute, piccolo, or clarinet?
I can't imagine a violin working at all.

Why not?

Why am not impressed by much? I think people like to make things they do seem a lot more important they really are. Not saying your can't enjoy things or people shouldn't enjoy hobbies, just don't understand to a. let the world know b. assume/think anyone really cares.
