I feed our sports league of 100+, plus parents, for under $300 every year. And pulled pork is so easy.

Pulled pork is easy — and delicious. But a lot of people don’t eat pork for religious and other reasons. Do you get extra Mac and cheese and Cole slaw — or is this not an issue for the kids in your league?

I never thought of that, and it's not been an issue for our league. But I also "catered" my brother's wedding like mentioned above and did pulled jackfruit for the vegetarian option. (My daughter is a vegan and helped prepare a couple other dishes as well. Oddly, the non-vegetarian dishes were frequently chosen even by meat eaters.)

Ledos has pasta options. Price those out. The Peruvian chicken can be cheap, but then what to do for vegetarians.

I just did a work event with Chipotle and it was the most reasonable priced item with flexibility for different needs.
