Most people at the top of the chain of command rarely know anything about the details of the work. Ask the CEO of some auto maker how to change the timing on an engine, and they won't know where to start.

To add, No, I didn’t make up the parts about getting data from smart watches, fitness trackers and pharmacies. This stands out to me because the link between smart watch and fitness tracker data is what, exactly?
