Do your kids take a bath every day ?

Yes, my kids bathe daily and have since they were newborns. I’m sorry your kid doesn’t like water! I bet that’s difficult. All of my kids adore baths/swimming/water so it’s never been a challenge.

The kids without a daily bath are the ones with the permanent crust under their noses and dirty fingernails. Please don’t make your kid that kid.

Baths everyday unless they’re truly inside the house all day which is rare. We very very rarely have illnesses (as in my oldest kid has been actually sick twice in his life, my youngest once).

Yes. Everyday.

Bath 4 out of 7 days depending if we have time before bedtime. DS loves the bath and our freestanding tub at least gets great use!

Shower everyday (we switched to showers at 4). Sometimes is a quick face and bottom wash. Some days is a nice bath (maybe once a week). We wash hair every 3 days or so unless they got very sweaty.

My 7 year old still doesn't do daily baths -- shower every other day. She has sensitive skin and daily bathing is not great for it.

In the summer she showers almost daily due to swim but doesn't always use soap, some showers are just rinsing off.

My five year old does daily baths and every other day hair washing, but I regularly skip baths for late bedtime or whatever. So in practice it’s probably five days a week or so and two or three shampoos. More in summer.

My kid has keratosis and we have to spread out baths or it makes the rash worse.

Wouldnt hand and face washing take care of both of those problems even without a full bath?

To really clean fingernails they should be done with a brush after soaking in the tub at least 5-10 minutes. Very few parents of young kids who “wash hands and face” are doing that.

How long are your kid's fingernails?!

My kids bathe everyday. Once in a blue moon we might skip - special occasion or family event and we got home too late, etc. I don’t get people who don’t bathe kids everyday. Mine go outside every single day, even in the rain (they love splashing in puddles!) so they’ve gotta have a bath. But I do not wash hair everyday.
