No, that poster doesn’t know what they’re talking about. Avocados are good fat, but nuts and chickpeas have protein.

I buy a rotisserie chicken every Sunday and use it for my lunchtime salad throughout the week.

skyr (or a THICK yogurt like Fage), turkey jerky, gelatein20 cups, nuts like almonds or cashews, barbells protein bars, boiled eggs, protein shakes like salted caramel popcorn/cafe latte/cake batter from Premier Protein etc.

I buy enough TJs salads with grilled chicken to have for lunch every day. I add cucumbers, carrots (addicted to the TJs multi-colored ones), snap peas, hb egg, low fat cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes, hearts of palm and garbanzos. Easy and delicious. I usually use just a tiny bit of the dressing and add apple cider vinegar.

Easy lunch for the lazy (me).
