J1 J2 J3 guy featured in Business Insider

Ironic part of my remote start up where i say 50-60 percent of place had a "secret" second job was they ask people to create policies, procdures, do analytical work, do scoping documents, create risk matrices, do New Product development and we always claimed we were a 10x company. Meaning our amazing employees could do the work of 10 employees at a boring slow paced legacy company.

Yet no one asked when someone created 40 page policy and procdure document from scratch in a week. Or I was in a kick off meeting on a project going in depth as if I was an expert in the kick off meeting. I noticed one other guy was doing it two. Apparantly they were doing or had just done hte same project at their other job

The dirty secret was they did not care. Far more efficient.

The should be checking employment history using The Work Number, but tiny companies might not report that.

Everyone has that turned off and LI hybernated. Do you think OE crowd does not know this.

I can tell when people at my old job was OE and when they left their LI was unhybernated next day and you see no mention of job let go from it goes back to job before.

For instants.
John Smith Product Developer Netflix profile on LI
He is hired by Stripe
LI goes hybernated so no one can see it
After five months Netflix cans him for not meeting KPIs
His LI is unhybernated and goes back on line with Netflix no menion of Stripe

Almost funny, one guy got let go and did it 30 minutes later.
