I can tell when people at my old job was OE and when they left their LI was unhybernated next day and you see no mention of job let go from it goes back to job before. For instants. John Smith Product Developer Netflix profile on LI He is hired by Stripe LI goes hybernated so no one can see it After five months Netflix cans him for not meeting KPIs His LI is unhybernated and goes back on line with Netflix no menion of Stripe Almost funny, one guy got let go and did it 30 minutes later.
