Per acre, I would think McLean and Chevy Chase has the most expensive land. I mean, they build on "zero lots" in McLean now because the land is so freaking expensive.

Actually, it is Clifton, VA. But only because the town is so small. Otherwise great falls and Potomac, although each also has modest areas.

I live in a modest part of Potomac and I would say Chevy Chase is more expensive. I have 4 bdr, 2.5 bath house. For the same money we were seeing 3 bdr 1.5 ba in CC.
