That is a shame because Guilfolyle was a genuinely beautiful woman in her Gavin Newson days.

Well, that's a stretch, but attractive and human I'll buy:

Can someone who is in the know post a pic of this psychedelic nightmare

Why is the Daily Mail so obsessed with her??

I suspect they pay the Daily Mail to take the photos.

Is she injecting her own fillers at home?

Her face is definitely looking different these days. Not in a good way. Ivanka, just stooooooopppppppppp.

No, but I’m serious - her eyes are looking ever more vacant and her cheeks are filling up like she’s getting an excess of IV fluids. What the heck is her derm doing?

Has anybody seen her up close in person? How does it look? Her face looks terrible in the photo, but I wonder how it compares to in person?

I have. It looks terrible in person too. I noticed the plastic surgery and thought "wow, uncanny valley that person looks so weird" before my brain registered it was Ivanka. She had no makeup on and was in yoga pants for whatever that's worth.

Yeah, the amount of plastic surgery the trump women get is unsettling especially as they age. This is Kimberly Guilfoyle in Tulsa last month:

She’s 51 and her face looks like an embryo with make up and her arm looks like that of a woman in her 50s.

Those talons look hideous.

Is that what you do on Fashion forum - report people? Never reported anyone.
Not that it would work.

Kimberly and Ivanka look so much better when they aren't wearing gobs and gobs of makeup and injecting their faces with who knows what. Shame what they are doing to themselves.

What type of hold does Trump have over them? Once they (at least for Ivanka) are out of his orbit, they go back to much less makeup and will look better.

Kimberly’s “after” pics sure look a lot like Melania.

Gavin Newsom and Vanessa Trump are the real winners here.

Wow. She was truly stunning. WHY did she do this to herself? Now she looks like a drag version of Melania.

That heavy black eye makeup really does not help. She might look a ton better with just a light mascara. So much makeup really enhances the squint-eye effect. I think part of the problem is trying to get rid of the marionette lines around the mouth. I've decided there is no natural way to do that. Even Jane Fonda, who has had great work done around the eyes and forehead, looks weird around the mouth. I can think of several other actresses with the same situation -- eyes and forehead look good, mouth looks like a weird frog-muppet-clown look. I'm starting to get the marionette lines myself and pulled my skin a little to see how to get rid of them, and instantly had the same weird frog-muppet-clown face. My conclusion is that you can get rid of the 11's, the crowseyes, and the frown lines, but you are stuck with the narionettes, unless you like the frog-muppet-clown mouth, which seems to be gaining ground as a fashion trend.

Agree 100%. Do whatever you want to your forehead. Don’t even think about touching the mouth area.

Ivanka struts her stuff! (According to the Daily Mail.)

Ivanka Trump wears a pink power suit as she leaves her D.C. Office. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-8600907/Ivanka-Trump-wears-pink-power-suit-leaves-D-C-home.html

She going the way of Lisa Vanderpump.
To me, both of their heavy veneered dental work, looks painful and unnatural .
