GOP Gov. Jim Justice doesn't like to pay his bills (who does that remind you of?).
"For years, West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice has been dogged by allegations that his family businesses haven’t paid their debts, including fines for environmental violations at their coal plants. Jason Howland, founder of a group called the "American Patriot Council" and former Republican candidate for the Michigan state legislature, charged with obstruction among other crimes for breaching the Capitol on January 6. Howland was in the Capitol with Ryan Kelley, who ran for Governor of Michigan and is currently serving a 60-day sentence in federal prison.
