I actually first spotted the story on the front page of the WSJ, but it's behind a paywall so I can't copy from it. But here are a few sentences I typed up:
*Justice, his family and his companies have piled up hundreds of millions of dollars in liabilities to banks, coal companies and federal and stage regulators, some of which the Justices are now disputing."
*The Greenbrier hotel/resort, which the family owns, "has been short on toiletries periodically because it hasn't paid its vendors on time."
