Megyn Kelly is so awful

She has repeatedly tried to paint herself as a centrist but she has never named a single liberal policy that she supports!

She points out, correctly, that gays/trans is not a single issue. She is not anti-gay, or anti-trans once people are adults, but she does oppose transitioning young children and trans in sports. She also opposes young kids being influenced by things like drag queen story hour. Most of the moderate Dems I know agree.

She isn’t anti-vaxx, she is anti-COVID vax for kids, which is correct now and what Europe does. She doesn’t oppose vaccines in general, like DTAP, MMR, etc.

I listen to her show like twice a month, it seems fine to me. Way more moderate than the things my prepper family sends me!

I am a moderate dem and I agree that all of those things are bad. At the same time, I have better things to do than sit around screaming about it all day and accusing any democrat of supporting transitioning for kids, which is what Megyn does. If most of the moderate dems you and I know agree, why is she acting like it's something that all Democrats support?

And, for the record, she is anti-vax. She has done an entire show about how dangerous the cervical cancer vaccine is. (It is not dangerous and is recommended by ACOG, not the WHO, which I know she has issues with and agree with her on those issues)

If your baseline here is your prepper family that you keep mentioning, then everyone is going to look liberal by comparison. To an average person who doesn't deal with preppers or extremists from either side, Megyn is not a moderate. She may be more moderate than your family but so is Ivanka Trump.

I haven’t heard the episode on HPV but the people I know who object to it are super left hippies. I had my sons vaccinated, but honestly don't see why we ask men to get vaccinated for something they can’t get.

All vaccines have side effects, and if I had a child that reacted severely to the average vaccine I would skip it. VARS is real.

My friend's H got HPV in his throat and had to have a portion of the toungue and throat cut out and reconstructed. He said he should be the poster "boy" for HPV vaccine for boys. He almost died. He could hardly eat for 2 years.

Why was the vaccine originally just targeted for girls?

Because of the HPV link to cervical cancer the initial trials were focused on women and girls.
