Boom.

Can Barr be disbarred and still be AG?

Attorneys do not recuse themselves from "issues."
This is a desperate attempt by NY City Bar.

Supervising prosecutors recuse themselves from “issues” all the time. Particularly when they themselves are personally involved in those “issues,” as Barr was namechecked twice in the notes from the Trump-Zelensky call.

-And Durham shifts inquiry into a criminal investigation.

Recall that Trump wanted a “public announcement” from Zelensky that Ukraine was investigating the Bidens and the 2016 election. Here’s the U.S. counterpart from Barr.

As if this will make Taylor's testimony go away...

I mean, I'm an extremely lowly federal attorney, and I've been conflicted out of matters (aka issues) that I have an extremely tangential relationship to through my spouse. It's extremely common.

But it's so obvious that this is all timed to be a counterpoint to the extremely disturbing impeachment evidence.

Flynn's conspiracy theorist lawyer also filed today some completely wacky motion. Can't help but think she's coordinating with Barr.

Barr is 100% corrupt. Worst attorney general ever. Hope there are still honorable people in DOJ who can stop him.

Thank goodness for Barr.

And very, very transparent.

It ends with Barr becoming only the third Attorney General to wind up in prison. He has obstructed justice.

You know that Barr and Durham have been investigating these issues for months?
I have no doubt they have found quite compelling evidence to warrant a criminal investigation. And, I am betting that what Horowitz found is contributing to the shift in this investigation.

LOL.
Wacky motion?

Looks like she has evidence that Lisa Page "edited" Flynn's 302. AND it seems they may have discovered who leaked Flynn's phone call - a felony.

I have plenty of doubt. All of the information presented to the executive checks - the courts, were approved and continued.

Barr has been directly implicated in the Ukraine mess.

Two foreign countries have publicly rebuffed the efforts to manufacture evidence against the 2016 actions by our law enforcement.

Barr represented AlfaBank (you know, Simeon Mogilevich, the "alpha" Ukrainian mobster atop the Kremlin crime pyramid) - it only makes sense that this Dominionist is running roughshod on what is left of our Intelligence and Law Enforcement institutions to wipe away any sense of legitimacy of these agencies.

She made grammatical corrections, not substantive ones.

None of this changes that connections between the Trump orbit and Russia. This is another "UraniumOne" shiny object for Hannity to rile up the base with.

Yes, wacky motion. After a year of bluster, she has returned to "my client was too stupid to realize he was duped' - the argument failed last year and it is likely to fail again.
