SDNY is federal. It’s the Southern District of NY. They haven’t unsealed the indictment yet. But, presumably he is being tried on different counts. If he plead down trafficking A, B and C, he can still be indicted on trafficking D, E and F. Basically, different girls. Or, charges after that arose Acosta let him off the hook. We’ll have to see the indictment Monday.

He could, but that wouldn't stop state crimes from being prosecuted by the NY AG. But it would expose Barr, bigly.
