If you're interested in a deep dive, take a look at Julie Brown's work at the Miami Herald on the Epstein case. |
SDNY is federal. It’s the Southern District of NY. They haven’t unsealed the indictment yet. But, presumably he is being tried on different counts. If he plead down trafficking A, B and C, he can still be indicted on trafficking D, E and F. Basically, different girls. Or, charges after that arose Acosta let him off the hook. We’ll have to see the indictment Monday. |
Looks like the traffic crashed the server. |
It loaded for me, so it’s back up. |
If it is true, then all of the above. No holds barred. |

New York Times is now reporting on the arrest: https://www.nytimes.com/2019/07/06/nyregion/jeffrey-epstein-arrested-sex-trafficking.html?action=click&module=Alert&pgtype=Homepage |

Wait, he was arrested after flying into Teeterboro? Was he going to visit Trump? |
Thanks! If these new charges are Federal, could Barr interfere (presumably, to cover for Trump, Dershowitz, and other right wing perverts - yes, I know Bill may be involved)? |
The GOP senators are providing quotes about how bad Epstein is. Uh, why did they vote to confirm Acosta? |
He could, but that wouldn't stop state crimes from being prosecuted by the NY AG. But it would expose Barr, bigly. |
Home from Paris, apparently. |
I guess we will see if Trump raped an underage girl on 5th Avenue if anyone would care. |
May as well resurface this one just as a reminder
