Bump on Christmas Eve. Does anyone have any more spooky stories to tell?

My DC row house is over 100 years old. And the family that used to live here had a very interesting surname. Diavolo. When we were renovating, the master carpenter suffered a nervous breakdown. In the basement, we found an old victorian tea cup and saucer, intact. I have not seen or heard and ghosts but sometimes guests have mentioned a little girl with a bloody mouth.

This makes no sense. Ghosts don't necessarily haunt the place they died, they haunt a place that was important to them.

By the way I don't believe in ghosts, but if they do exist, it would make no sense to chain them to the place where they died only.

So you first explain a ghost's preference and THEN you tell us you don't believe in ghosts . . .
