Well, then |

Manafort and Gates arrest and eventual conviction will be the outer edges of an ever-tightening noose closing in on Trump and his family (specifically his sons).
This is how it is always done. The FBI and the Criminal Tax Division of the Justice Department are like the Texas Rangers of old. It's a stupid cliché but they really do always "get their man (or woman!)". |
| Still struggling to see how any of this involves the campaign. |
Sounds to me like this has to do with the campaign
|
The campaign of which Manafort was chairman? That campaign? |
Yeah, other than being Trump's campaign manager, his indictment doesn't have anything at all to do with Trump. |
wut. |
See above |
|
Manafort and Trump have known each other and worked together for over 3 decades.
They both laundered money. This indictment also illustrates to Trump that Mueller knows how to engage in financial forensics and use it in a legal proceeding. |
You mean the campaign chairman who was there briefly and then let go? Still not seeing the connection. |
Mueller has zero and is desperately trying to get something, anything. But muh victory for the sheep here. |
Let go? He left the campaign after the Ukraine news broke. And why did Roger Stone recommend him to the campaign? |
Okay. You don't have to see any connection. This is obviously all NBD to you. |
