It's so weird when white people think the rules that govern them apply to everyone. I'm a 39 year old African woman without a single wrinkle and that's normal for us. My white girlfriends gush about how young I look, but the truth is whites just look haggard so early.

Another 36 year old brown woman here with no wrinkles. It's normal in my family. My mom looked like 25 when she was 50. My 60 year old aunt looks like she's 30.

+1 47 year old AA woman here. No wrinkles.

58 year old white woman. No wrinkles. It's called sunscreen for thirty plus years.

Both of them are so cute. Meghan Markle is very very attractive. There is something very special about her looks. Lovely girl.

I love prince harry with his beard. I think he looks very warm and handsome. Best of luck to both of them.

Harry gave her an eternity band for their anniversary. Like many American women, she’s wearing it with her engagement ring.

To match the eternity ring Prince Harry gave her with the birth of their son.

I can see why she did it although I prefer the thicker band from the original ring.

Why the uh oh? It makes sense with the eternity band to have a matching thinner band.

Is it really necessary?

She just had a baby, yet this is a priority.

That's why the "uh oh." But why be practical when you don't have to I suppose . . .

Push presents are a thing all over, including the British royal family. Plus, they just had an anniversary. I think Kate and Sophie got eternity bands around the same time too.

That's why the "uh oh." But why be practical when you don't have to I suppose . . .

Necessary? You're talking about royalty. They wear tiaras on a regular basis. Necessary isn't in the dictionary.

Plus, didn't she love the engagement ring because it was so special? If there are emotional ties to the ring, you don't change it up to be matchy-matchy. You enjoy the emotional bonds and ties that the original ring represents. Otherwise, it's all about the bling and nothing more.

It's special because of the diamonds, the center one sourced from Botswana and the side ones from Diana's collection. The band was just the setting.

Is anyone surprised she got a ring upgrade a year later?

She screams high maintenance to me.

DH upgraded my $25k yellow diamond engagement ring to a $40k yellow diamond ring after I had our second child. His mother and sisters nearly died of envy and went around bashing me as materialistic. You sound like them. In reality, upgrading was DH’s idea and he bought the new ring without even telling me. Some of you women are so unhappy when other women have anything nice.
