No name? |
It must be horrible knowing that your school let your perpetrator go free. |
Indeed. Worse for the district. |
Agreed. I can't imagine anyone fighting so hard to. Protect the school/district. I have encountered this arrogance from the district offices though. |
Dear God, you're just a broken record. How many times must you pose the same questions, over and over? Do you think your repetitiveness is somehow helping? Have you added one new piece of FACTUAL information to this discussion? Nope, just your wild speculations. Put on your sleuthing hat and go on your quest for dirt elsewhere. |
![]() Go get 'em, McGruff! |
The sex abuse and embezzlement have been established. Any "report" to the authorities by FCPS is speculation at this point, waiting to be confirmed with an actual name. |
Thank goodness for the brave families who have come forward to the authorities and to the NBC investigative reporters. Without their moral compass, the predator German teacher would probably still be sexually abusing the kids and scamming their parents.
Langley High School in McLean, VA has failed its students and its community by failing to report a criminal operating within its walls. He was allowed to conduct his 'side' business operation on school property with full knowledge and promotion by Langley High School officials. Such enterprises must be stopped by con artist FCPS employees. Trips, sure, but all money must go directly to FCPS, and FCPS can pay the school employee for any extra time. The widespread shakedown of wealthy families must be stopped. It's recently come to light that enterprising teachers are marketing their tutoring services, at a price, to students who need better grades. This is being done on school property. It'd be mighty interesting if anyone knows what percentage of a teacher's students are paying the teacher for additional individual instruction from the teacher. Seems obvious that less wealthy students are at a significant disadvantage if they can't afford to keep up with the richer students (via private tutoring with the class teacher.) Perhaps this shakedown practice needs a closer look. |
My goodness, your obsession with this knows no bounds. Up at 3:45 am to write that post, essentially repeating everything you've already said (over and over again)?
Let's get real here. Your concern isn't with the "brave families" who have come forward - much less their kids. You've made it abundantly clear in probably hundreds of posts across DCUM, of your complete and utter loathing for Langley HS, its teachers, administration, families, and students. You're clapping your hands with delight at the idea of bringing Langley down, and this story is exactly what you were hoping for. I know all of us hope justice is served, but you are taking it to an entirely different level. You want payback for all of the wrongs you feel Langley has done to YOU, personally. Why don't you just admit it? |
Because I didn't write the post? |
B.S. |
Sweetie, I was out like a light last night. And I usually identify myself, as I am not afraid of Langley or FCPS. They own this, wholly. My empathizes lie with the parents and kids, not the school district, and I wish it did not occur at all. Between this and the railroad job FCPS did on parents re: trans issues, the school district has its hands full. I feel badly for the currenypt principal |
Hello, I'm that poster. There's a good number of us here who care and have no fear. Perhaps one day, you will to. |
No teachers are permitted to tutor their own students. I am an FCPS teacher and have tutored students from my school whom I do not teach. All have resulted from parents emailing me asking if I can provide this service. This "enterprise" you speak of is largely demand-driven. |
What percentage of kids are struggling? The ones who can't afford you fall behind? |
