| We are in upper NW DC. We like it a lot, but circumstances (kids, jobs etc.) have made it far less suitable for our current purposes. |

| What I have I decided, or what have we decided? We have decided nothing- I have decided we can comfortably afford $1.8 will compromise with a downward departure to $1.3- spouse has not moved over $1M. Stalemate. |
