1. From a point of view of long-term international stability, it's a very risky move by the Trump administration. They have not prepared enough. Everyone hopes Iran is not going to end up like Iraq, with hundreds of thousands of dead civilians.

2. From a point of view of domestic legality, Congress authorization, etc, of course Trump has trampled on all that. As he would. This will have to be sorted out.

3. I just REALLY HOPE the Iranians come out of this without too much suffering. They have been suffering so much, and this may not work out for them.

I was a supporter, but I am not anymore. I am not voting in November. I am sick of his endless wars, doing nothing to address the cost of living, backing off on deportations and protecting pedophiles. I hope Democrats impeach him next year.
