The Bloomberg report, published Wednesday, cites Bessent's mortgages with lender Bank of America and his pledge in 2007 to primarily occupy homes in New York and Massachusetts.

No, it’s not. Humphreys executor has nothing to do with the fed one because it is allegedly for cause. Also for unknown reasons, SCOTUS has said the fed is special.

Whatever the court decides? The court's new standard of review is what does Trump want
