Trump Planning “7 Nights of Action” in DC

Resisting arrest can be a felony. This is a very common charge usually for nothing. Also the FBI will do the same thing they did in Los Angeles. They will just lie and make up charges. The FBI does not wear body cameras. Two or three agents writing up false reports and you are in prison. These are the same people who assaulted and arrested a sitting US senator in front of the national press and refused to go after Jan6’ers.

Remember they will be in plain clothes. They can just sucker punch some random person walking down. If the victim does anything it is assault on a federal officer and resisting arrest. That is 20 years in prison. The FBI have no restriction or accountability.

Oh and ICE is not allowed to arrest US citizens but they are and no one is stopping them. The FBI will blindly obey orders just like the US military.

Really? So more white men just grabbing people off the street?

What is Mayor Bowser doing this morning?

Are you (DC residents) planning to leave town during this?

No because I have kids in high school and it starts on 25th. We cant leave. Kids will learn what it is to live in a police state.

I’m excited for my kids to learn what it is to live in a safe city without fear of roving bands of teenage criminals.

Sure if this 7 day thing was useful, but there are actual things they could do instead do your kid will not learn this.

+1. Can’t wait.

I’m guessing you aren’t a minority and/or don’t know a lot of minority families. Because the district is about to get a whole lot less safe for them.

This is a joke, right? Are you actually racist or do you not realize that 90% of minorities also want to be safe and protected from these criminals?

Trump has made it possible for people to proudly wear their depravity.

People fear crime that hasn’t happened to them so much that they’re willing to give up their rights and money to have a false sense of security to an actual criminal.

Make it make sense!

Trump is spending money like a drunken sailor. America has huge problems but DC’s falling crime rate isn’t one of them. Stop blowing money on pointless displays of power. He’s tanking our economy.

Crime happened to me and my neighbors in upper NW.

But it’s people who don’t live in DC! I live in DC. I go out all the time. It isn’t a crime infested war zone that Fox and Trump claim it is.

Um, have you seen the new FBI Director, US Attorney for DC or DHS Secretary? Your racist card expired in 2021.

We don’t fear this at all. My kids go out and haven’t encountered these teenage criminals. Do your kids even have a social life or are they shut ins who are online 24/7 like you?

Are you the silly person complaining about the porch pirates.

I live in Upper NW DC too and have never been the victim of crime and neither have the neighbors except a random super high end stroller stolen off a porch.

If you live in fear in Upper NW then it’s time for you to leave…all old people seem to eventually get paranoid and fearful, even if they live in Bel Air.

I wish this was in the regular Political Discussion forum. I was confused as to why it is not being discussed and was directed here. It does affect the rest of the country, and everyone should know it is happening.
