Really? Arlington, in the mid-Atlantic, and are perpetual 3rd place, ruled over by a team in NC and VDA, of course.

I heard boys teams are sick of travel from new ECNL conference. And lack of competition

Change is coming

Indeed. They forfeit the girls program for the boys program.

Arlington is leaving ECNL?

If it didn’t happen this year it won’t happen in the near future. People have been saying the same thing for the past 2-3 years and still they remain in ECNL.

Only because their Boys cant get into MLSNext yet.

It was closer this year than any other, and lots going on to make it happen for next year. There will be VDA and FXU for ECNL girls in NoVa.

Quit speaking the truth on public forum. Girls parents dont want to believe but it is happening. This time next year they will be saying how great GA is and will be excited to say no more Missouri

This may be true, but even if it happens, by the time Arlington gets MLS 1, how exclusive will it be? It will basically be CCL reborn. The circle of youth soccer life.

Apparently so since you posted a whole link to her new position with a bio saying she's coming from Arlingron.

well, she's still on the ASA website and i hadn't heard anything about it. just wondering why she left for a startup club but i guess it's a promotion.

It's a loss for Arlington, I'm a 4+ year team manager, and she was always so responsive at any time of the day.

Yes, it does happen. They pull the top kids to help the RL team at national events.

I’ve seen Arlington do it mid season ECRL play. They brought down their star ECNL girls in an age group to face a strong ECRL team.

Tournaments too. We were slated to play their 2nd team, but the whole ECNL Team showed up instead. Easy to tell because of the patches… our coach just shook her head.

It's always fun when you know exactly what someone is talking about. We brought both teams and one was mislabeled. We tried to get the tourney to change it but no. Nothing sinister. Plus, it was a good game!

it will never happen. Unlike AsA and the others they don’t even have a legit facility listed. Will just keep hemorrhaging and players which ultimately works against them joining mlsn. Mlsn2 however…..

Has Arlington posted their coaches for RL yet? Looks like they have tryouts for those teams next weekend.
