There are a few things here that Republicans are likely to be better at - border security, lower violent crime, less fentanyl and subsequent ODs

The rest of it is likely to be a wash

Good enough for a couple of years

Of course! The regions in the USA that support Trump the most obviously have the best economies, least addicts and lowest crime rates! Like West Virginia for example!
