Having had a front seat to two couples in our friend group coming apart when two of them engaged in an affair, I will say it is a profound betrayal and disturbing on multiple levels because of the friendship history, the fact that their families knew each other...it really makes it more horribly painful for their spouses. And honestly, though the affair partners have bigger issues to think about, it disturbs the entire friend group, here their coworkers too, in ways that they never really realize. It makes you question if you ever really know anyone actually and the boundary crossing/disdain for their commitments makes them look really bad.

She seems like a common personality in that business: Intensely insecure and therefore highly driven to compensate, type A, compulsive, controlling and just always looking for the next thing to fill the hole. He seems like a phony, also insecure, and aware he may not have the intellectual talent/ goods but very good looking and coasting on charm...both seem narcissistic

In truth we will all just get over it/forget it or some don’t even know about it; life is so crazy and busy and tmrw will be new headlines. Their show isn’t even aired where I am, this interested me bc I could relate to the blindsiding and betrayal. Nobody should tune into their show and let it be cancelled from lack of ratings.

Oh, bull. Nobody does this to leak it and hurt the family, you do it for the divorce settlement. This was all fake and choreographed for weeks (if not months). This is a well-oiled viral marketing stunt and you're all dopes for falling for something so obviously fake.

No. That is pointless. It’s something a lawyer can use for leverage, that’s about it. Leaking it to the press accomplishes nothing. And they’re not even famous. This is blasted everywhere super inorganically because it is a fake viral stunt to raise their profiles and show ratings. There’s a lot of money behind this.
