It...wasn't just trespassing. Those were mostly not charged or given like 30 days or suspended sentences. Read up on the filing and evidence before you continue to spout your nonsense.

When you're trespassing in order to stop the peaceful transfer of power, you should get the maximum sentence allowed by law.
