There are a lot of really ignorant people supporting obama and he might be re-elected. When will Obama admit he has failed? Maybe year 4 or his second term?

we are watching the death of social democracies before our eyes. the mix has to be capitalism first and a dash of socialism. the balance is way out of wack. common sense has been on the defensive for 50+ years. we are going to witness the consequenses in the next 4 years. |
its sort of silly for any sitting president to admit he failed dont you think? by all accounts bush was failing in 2004 with the war and i guess he should have had a press conference to admit this as oppose to winning reelection huh?
back to what i think was your point that the job numbers for may are bad. i agree. they look horrible for the country and for obama since this is happening under his watch. i unfortunately cannot defend these numbers or try to spin some good out of them in support for obama so i wont even try. i will say that i honestly dont see a romney presidency doing anything miraculous to fix it either so im resigned to the fact that i will be voting on the overused lesser of two evils cliche mindset. im not ashamed to say it cause at this point obama is no longer this new wave politician everyone made him out to be. hes just right now like any other president weve had and it is what it is. i wont be looking for him to perform miracles during a second term (and i never expected any the first time around anyway) |
There are companies with plenty of money who aren't hiring. I think the government has exhausted every incentive they can to try to coax them into hiring. The president honestly only has so much he can do. I don't see Romney fixing anything, either. The world economy is a mess and we can't be isolaltionists.
OK, I just saw those jackasses from the House leadership saying "The American people deserve better" - oh, really? How about your guys focus on the problem as you claimed you would rather than trying to pass all these stupid bills on abortion? Ridonk. |
...And Romney will fix this, right?
Nobody can perform miracles, America is in decline, its not going to change whoever is president. |
Honestly, if Romney were elected tomorrow there would be a major jump in the stock market and overall business mood because Obama has been viewed as anti-business. Now in regards to the longevity of the jump it depends on what policies Romney enacts within the first year. |
UGHH damn you obama, dropping like a rock

A. Do you even know what is going on in Europe and the restof the world, even China?
B. Most economists don believe the government stimulus packageS were anywhere near big enough to stimulate the economy. Whose fault is that? C. Who has kept Congress from doing anything productive the past two years? |
Right, Spain and Greece and the euro mess are on Obama.
The stimulus package spared us a major depression, so it was better than no stimulus however the patient is not back to its pre-crisis self and probably won't be for years because the banks had a party when the parents weren't looking and really, really destroyed the system. |

Ughhh make it stop it hurts http://money.cnn.com/2012/06/01/news/economy/may-jobs-report/index.htm?hpt=hp_t1 |
Hope and change has now changed to "blame the other guy". Face it. Obama has failed, and his glowing oratory was just that. His leadership has been very poor, he's seen as terribly anti-business and seems to blame everyone else for the problems. No accountability. I'm going to be sitting at home this November. |
It's going to be fun seeing you squirm after Romney goes down in flames. You won't be able to beat a President with 8% unemployment, because of your own stupidity, and it is going to rock your world. |
