I meant to add commentary, I accidently posted too soon.
So is this how the zombie attack begins? A man was eating the face off of another man in Miami. This world is too crazy to believe. Damn drugs. |
| I don't understand why the man being eaten didn't run away. The story doesn't explain it. |
| Thank you so much for posting, bringing this ever growing problem to the public attention. Hopefully the next administration, whoever that might be although in this case I'm hoping the Republicans, will hurry up and allocate federal funds to fight the huge zombie and subsequent face eating problem that is destroying our nation today. OP, you are a true whistle blower and a hero as well. |

Zobies = dead people who eat living people's brains
Cannibals = living people who eat other people's flesh If you're going to throw words out there, at least know what they mean. |
| So now I gotta worry about zobies now? Why can't zobies just be a new snack food? |
And how to spell them. |
Wow lady, I think you took a wrong turn on the internet. Go have a drink. |
I would vote for the word zombie in this instance. It sounds like the guy had ingested enough drugs that he was essentially burning from the inside out and kept eating the face even after being shot several times. Sounds more like a zombie to me. All kidding aside, the issue of bath salts - the suspected drug - is something that needs to be addressed much more broadly. |
| I find this story to be very disturbing. Like, make my stomach drop, kind of disturbing. |
| I don't understand either...was the homeless man already dead when the attacker came upon him? Perhaps the surveilance video shows a struggle? (Although, I certainly do NOT want to watch it!) |
The homeless man wasn't and isn't dead, he was just asleep. According to what I've read. No WAY am I going to watch that video. |
The victim (I feel funny about referring to him as a "homeless man" as if that is relevant) is still alive. I too wonder how it is possible to subdue a person to the point where they do not struggle in that scenario. |
ITA! It is getting a lot of media attention. I hope they ban bath salts! I cannot believe they are legal! This apparently is not an uncommon reaction. One news outlet said that Miami has had 9 other attacks where users were naked, growling, and biting people. Apparently, this went further than the other incident. I am going to be sick to my stomach for days now. I cannot read anymore about it. I cannot imagine watching the video! Ghoulish! Hope they stop the "zombie" label seems to make light of the whole thing. |
| What the heck are bath salts? |
