Cooking to avoid A.G.E.s in food

Anonymous
I'm looking for websites or cookbooks that have recipes to help you reduce your A. G. E. consumption.

That stands for Advanced Glycation End-Products. These are molecules that are formed when you cook foods, especially meat and fats, over a high, dry heat -- such as broiling and roasting and stir frying.

They are limited when you eat foods raw (best) or cook over a low, moist heat (such as a crock pot), or boil or steam. They are also limited if you marinate meats in citrus for a while.

AGEs have been implicated in things like diabetes, heart disease, and kidney disease.

Does anyone have any resources for a good website where these types of recipes and meal ideas are being shared?
