These guys may be able to help you. They specialize in providing staff only for events so you can buy the food yourselves and they will take care of the service. Not sure if they do cooking though:

This is the OP. Thanks for the suggestions so far!
It is a garden party (ca. 30 people) for adults and kids. We would like to serve BBQ. We also want to supply the ingredients. It would be great if a lurking chef could provide a menu and material and labor costs. |

| Look on AU job board for a college student and you provide the marinated meats, chix, etc. He/ she would just man the grill. |

If you don't want to do BBQ, you could hire Rio Grande. They will grill fajita meats and veggies. |
