Both males. Beyond that, not sure there is a single thing in common. |
Nope, they are all in on being the syophants and yes-men. |
Again? |
Mandela? You can’t be talking about Nelson Mandela, as that makes no sense and is an utterly perverse suggestion. |
You think 40% (or whatever) of Americans are beneath contempt? Maybe they are also trying to vote for the best answer for their country. The arrogance is astonishing! |
I’m betting on a hung jury but he’s charged with 34 felony counts, of course if guilty he could do some prison time. |
Agreed. The arrogance (and general ignorance) of the 40% who support him is indeed astonishing. He’s obviously not the best answer for anything. He just wants to be President to grift and because people clap for him. |
They know that Trump is a corrupt idiot wannabe fascist and they support him because he is their corrupt idiot wannabe fascist. Listen to them. They are deplorable in a dozen ways and are very proud of it. |
Is this true? NY prosecutors chime in here, please. I thought when you are convicted and sentenced for a crime, you start your sentence immediately. If you win your appeal, then you are released. Is this not how it works in NYS? |
Oh Lord. I learned this from watching Perry Mason, back in... I can't remember how many decades! Any idiot who's watched a courtroom drama knows the prosecution goes last!! |
Awww. Maybe he should have thought about that before he did his hush money nonsense. |
Oh he’ll be found guilty. White collar crimes don’t serve time. Fine (which he will never pay), probation, loss of voting rights (oh the irony) and forever a convicted felon. |
| The Judge has bent over backwards for Trump, there is no way he convicts him to jail time. There will be a slap on the wrist, that's all. The important thing is the "convicted felon" part. That will deeply humiliate him. |
Unfortunately this |
Agree with the sentiment that it’s unfortunate. Suspect though that Merchan is being super cautious about not providing grounds for overturning a conviction on appeal should Trump be convicted. |
