. Victoria Sorocean fled to the U.S. to avoid a 17 year prison sentence and was arrested by ICE during the first Trump administration in January 2020.

Per DHS, after her 2020 ICE arrest, she used various “legal tactics” to avoid deportation, including filing multiple appeals, before ultimately being released into the U.S. during the Biden administration in 2022.

She is now back in federal custody after being arrested by ICE in Los Angeles last week.

But I thought only deported black and brown people? Is this story true?!!!!

Mong Tuyen Thi Tran, is a criminal illegal alien from Vietnam, with criminal convictions including grand larceny, multiple counts of forgery and fraud. 

An immigration judge issued her a final order of removal in 2004–over 20 years ago. ICE arrested her in May.

These stats are questionable, at best.
Many localities do not allow the immigration status of an arrested individual to be noted. Therefore, we do not have reliable data on the number of illegal immigrants who commit crimes.

And, given that Biden allowed in many gang members and criminals during his 4 years - the number of illegal aliens who commit crimes has skyrocketed in the past few years.

When they stop Hispanics in certain jobs and certain places the hit rate is higher than 50%, criminal whites is a small percentage of whites.
