Trump admitted he had a NDA with Daniels in one of his "outside the courtroom door" rants! Why, the prosecution will ask, if he never had sex with Ms. Daniels, did he need a NDA?

| Blanche has concluded his closing arguments. IT basically comes down to "Michael Cohen is a liar and Trump is a victim of malicious prosecution". Not a winner, especially with the receipts held by the prosecution. |

| He will win even more undecideds if he goes to jail. Romney is their standard bearer and he said he would have pardoned him. This will do even more damage to our democracy. This is NOT a good case and will get tossed on appeal but what we be remembered is Biden telling Trump is a threat to democracy while simultaneously using his DOJ to repeatedly sue his biggest political opponent. That is what independents see. |
