Maybe he keeps large syms of cash in hand. I know a white man who keeps o er $50,000 cash in a safe in his house. |
It is an open secret that organized crime stalks / tracks prosecutors. Once upon a time they haunted their neighborhoods and threatened the family. In the 21st century their goons include hackers that "follow the digital trail" minute by minute. Do I believe a DA with her history of prosecuting RICO cases carries and spends cash when she travel?
OF COURSE SHE DOES |
It was disclosed that this judge donated hundreds of dollars to Fani's DA campaign and his wife also donated hundreds of dollars to Fani's campaign.
This on top of working as a subordinate to Fani in the DA's office for at least 4 years. Clear conflict of interest and this corrupt judge must be removed and another independent and impartial judge must be assigned to this important case. |
Georgia Ethics Commission opens an investigation into Fani Willis for various Complaints that were filed against Fani.
So the current ongoing investigations/hearings are: 1) On-going hearing in Georgia for possible perjury, fraud on the court, filing false pleadings etc., 2) Georgia Senate investigation on misconduct allegations against Fani and misuse of State funds, 3) Georgia Ethics Commission investigation for various ethical violations against Fani/Wade, 4) US House Committee investigation on misuse of federal funds, 5) Fulton C., Georgia is investigating misuse of County funds, 6) GA Governor is considering asking the AG to open an investigation. |
There is some speculation that the prosecutors who defended Fani at the hearing last week that whether some or all of those prosecutors may have known about the false pleading (containing false affidavit) when it was signed by some/all of them and filed with the Court.
In addition, it is also possible that those prosecutors who had knowledge of the "fraud on the court" taking place and remained silent or participated in such a fraud could face severe consequences. All of the prosecutors are also "officer of the court" and has a duty of candor towards tribunal' which is a big deal. Those who remained silent/participated in the fraud can be suspended or disbarred for such behavior and worse. |
Yes, any perjuring or corrupt assistant DAs should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Prosecutors owe a higher duty to the Court and to the public than licensed attorneys. Prosecutors must pursue Justice (in addition to being an officer of the court) not just advocate for the State. |
Yup. |
But Ginni Thomas isn't a conflict of interest for any of Trump's supreme court cases? Please. |
Doesn’t matter |
It’s not her job to provide proof. It’s on the defense to prove she didn’t pay him back. |
I love how the right is all wrapped up in this case where this is no concrete proof of financial impropriety and yet the totally ignore that abject fraud and corruption in the Supreme Court, with Trump judges and prosecutors and things like Jared and Ivanka making hundreds of millions of dollars while working as white house staff.
Just crazy. |
And, it's up to the judge to determine whether he believes she is telling the truth since she has zero evidence to back up her claims. |
Corrupt prosecutors are the worst. |
Her testimony, and this is my lived experience, is that she takes out 40-100 dollars when she goes grocery shopping to rebuild her home-cahs reserves. I get it, people like you don't do that. Guess what, other people do. Live with it. |
She said she keeps up $15,000.00 in cash at "where-ever she lays her head". |
