This is what happens to a team of dedicated, talented, and happy 14 year old girls when you have an abusive and chaotic coach. DB should never be allowed to coach girls soccer again. He told half the team at his unprepared in person evaluations that this was his last game coaching while the other half of the team heard nothing. He frequently bails on the team; cancels meetings at the last second, shows up late to practice or the wrong field, or not at all. He personally attacks girls talking behind their backs to other girls on the team. He is an embarrassment. Shame on CW for vouching for him, he should have known better.

Second year in a row that a team has had to get rid of this guy mid-year?!

I just looked it up....DB is listed as one of the coaches for 4 different FVU teams. How is that even possible.

Poor preparation proceeds poor performance and most of those girls were on “friendlies” mode. Was the New years massacre game.

VDA is ready for the next games and will finish strong.

You can tell a lot about a club by how much they practice over the winter break especially when they have a game on Jan 5.
