That doesn’t make her any less of a victim, nor does it make her a willing participant because she became conditioned to the abuse.

The idea that this woman shouldn’t have sought financial compensation for the years of physical and mental torture he put her through in order to be believed is also delusional. Him settling her lawsuit within 24 hours was already evidence of his guilt.

Anyone that doesn’t view her as a victim is devoid of empathy or is a predator themselves. Point blank.

I commend Cassie so much for her bravery. She was the catalyst to finally taking down this serial predator, and the fact she’s even testifying against him while 8 months pregnant and after already collecting her settlement is admirable. One major obstacle for the prosecution to overcome is Cassie’s clear and obvious consent during sexual activity involving Combs.

Cassie was not paid to have the escorts urinate into her mouth and on her body while Combs watched. It’s apparent she wanted this, or was at a minimum, a willing participant. While this performance is shocking to some, it’s hardly unknown and increasingly not an unusual kink. Moreover, Combs was merely a passive observer when Cassie did this.

Similarly, it’s unclear whether Cassie was assaulted by Combs or, conversely, the strikes were part of BDSM and were desired by Cassie.

I think they are focusing on the wrong victim here; and it’s clear Combs victimized many (particularly young boys).

I know he worked with Mark Consuelos, who has said very positive things about his experience with Fine, and that his clients are usually through personal referrals. So while Diddy did hire him to train Cassie, it's not like he was a regular employee of diddy's. Remember Cassie testified that Diddy told her she needed to start working out and keep herself in shape. Likely, Diddy asked his celebritie friends and someone referred Alex Fine, so Diddy hired him to do a job. It's possible Diddy never even me the man. Also, Alex Fine is a college graduate and played football for his school and has volunteered for the Special Olympics. You could be right, but if he does have a shady past, I've never read anything about it.
