I like to look at home design blogs and magazines. I often see photos of immaculately made beds with gorgeous linens, pillows, etc. But then there is the finishing touch: a cat or a dog sitting on the bed. That ruins the whole thing, IMO. Animal fur and pet stank on the expensive sheets and blankets. Why? It's just... yuck. A silly thing, I know. Sitting calmly NEXT to the bed would be fine.
That is all. |
| where are you looking? I googled both "cat on bed" and "dog on bed" and found next to nothing. |
| Ding, ding, ding! Award for the stupidest post of the day! |

There are no specific sites to google showing pets on beds that I'm looking at! I've just noticed them on different sites like bhg.com, apartmenttherapy, and on Pintereset which leads one to multiple other sites. It just bugs me.
FWIW I like dogs (kind of) but on the whole am not a pet person. I'm allergic to cats and they freak me out. |
OP here. Thank you, thank you very much! That's the first time I've held the title.

Here you go:
Yuck. |

Yuck? That picture is so cute. I'm sorry it bothers you, OP.

| Random thought: get a life. |
+1. |
| OP, get a grip. |
OP here. I'm trying to procure a "grip" and a "life" as you people so helpfully suggest, but my obsession with pets on beds has transcended all other concerns. Help me, somebody please help me!

I bet you have been close and lost by only one vote. Don't worry, with a few more posts like this, you may retire the title. |
I agree with you. I love animals, but I'm also a germaphobe and animals are dirty |
