It seems like a lot of house for a bachelor who will only have part time custody of two kids. Five bedrooms? One for him, Fin, Sam. What does he need the other two for, when the house also has a guest house, a study, a library, a this, a that? Six bathrooms? Does he only want to use a different one each time he goes throughout the day? Just seems like such a waste of money. Why not buy a three bedroom normal house for a few million, and Fin and Violet can share when Violet is visiting from college? You might say he's rich and can afford it, but if rich people keep hemmoraging their money, this is how they lose it all. How many times does Jarner have to bail him out of problems he creates? |

TMZ Bennifer update: (and yes, TMZ is credible.) Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … J Lo and Ben are not speaking to one another -- in person or over the phone -- and it's really slowing down their divorce. Ben and Jen's icy relationship is really the only thing preventing this from being a quickie divorce ... we're told they have a prenup and the only asset they have to divide is their Beverly Hills mansion, which is on the market. Our sources say J Lo and Ben have NOT hired lawyers and are instead having everything go through their respective business managers, who are trying to figure out the financials behind the divorce ... but it's complicated because the principals are not talking. Ben and J Lo will eventually hire divorce lawyers, and we're told no documents will be filed until they reach a settlement. They will file legal docs requesting a divorce, the judge will sign it and that will be that. The whole Spring, it loomed like anytime Lopez was talking to Ben, he was so irritated. He moved on feom their marriage way before she did. I bet he's the one who stopped wanting to talk. |
