Yes, they put Cassie first because she's so pregnant. It's also why the judge stressed that her cross-examination WOULD be finished today and would not linger until Monday.

Your hunch is correct. There definitely is something fishy about him because who really forgives a wife after cheating on him again with her supposed her abuser? She went back to Diddy to sleep with him while married. Then she was probably pressured by her. Now husband to release release the video and talk about her abuse. She was a talentless and uneducated 20-something living like a billionaire rock star. Without Diddy she was qualified to, what, make sandwiches at Subway for $16 an hour in a dead-end job? Sure, Diddy probably deserves life in prison — but not for whatever Cassie and he had going on.

They were not married when that happened; they were dating. Diddy and Cassie broke up in summer of 2018 and she married her husband in summer of 2019. Also, the timing is unclear of when she told her now husband these things. Was it then, soon after it happened, or was it when they were engaged/married?
