| Noticed that there seem to be a few of you that follow this diet. Can you give me an idea of what a day of eating looks like for you? I am not much of a meat eater but do eat seafood. |

every time i see this I think of Jaleo, the restaurant.
...sorry I can't be of help. |

Breakfast: 2 pieces bacon, 2 egg omelet with a bazillion veggies and a tiny bit of Parmesan---I'm more primal than paleo. Latte with soy milk. The diet doesn't do soy, but I can't tolerate coconut or more than a smudge of dairy.
Lunch salad with 4-5 oz of meat if I'm hungry. I'm often not. Dinner roasted broccoli, salad, roasted butternut squash and meat. I'm 5'4", 130 lbs and I'm never hungry. |
Are you the kind of person who just isn't a big eater anyway? Or do you feel this diet helps with that. I look at your menu for the day and I think I'd be starving and nuts on that diet. |

(lettuce, tomato, cucumber, carrotts, peppers, whatever is lying around) 1 Tb of dressing. water Dinner - some kind of meat, fish or chicken, usually fish 1-2 times a week, meat 1-2 times a week chicken 1-2 times a week. (The last other days are leftovers) with a vegetable, I try not to repeat a vegetable within a week. For snacks I have a handful of roasted almonds and some fruit either fresh or dried. (twice a day, sometimes 3 in the beginning). I'm almost never hungry when I follow this diet. For desserts: http://everydaypaleo.com/2010/10/11/bedtime-blueberries/ Fresh Dates Banana ice cream: http://www.thekitchn.com/how-to-make-creamy-ice-cream-w-93414 1/2 oz of good dark chocolate.
